YAKIN TARİHİMİZDE YAŞANMIŞ BÜYÜK İHANET VE CEHALET : İBRAHİM PAŞA SARAYININ YIKTIRILMASI

İhtişamı ile döneminin en dikkat çeken sivil mimari eserlerinden biri olan İbrahim Paşa Sarayı, Kanuni Sultan Süleyman tarafından tüm masrafları karşılanarak, vezir-i azamı Pargalı İbrahim Paşa adına 1521 yılında restore edildiği bilinmektedir.İbrahim Paşa Sarayı, bir kısmı Roma dönemi Hipodromunun kalıntıları üzerinde olmak üzere üç kat boyunca yükselmektedir. 1930’lu yıllarda sırf Roma dönemi hipodromunu meydana çıkarmak ve İstanbul Adliye Sarayı’nı inşa etmek için İbrahim Paşa Sarayı’nın 3 avlusundan 2’si yıktırılmıştır. İşin en utanılmaz tarafı ise, bu yıkımı meşrulaştırmak için bilimsel altyapıyı oluşturma ihtiyacı duymuşlardır .

İbrahim Hakkı Konyalı tarafından kitap dahi kaleme almıştır .Buranın İbrahim Paşa Sarayı olmadığını,mehterhâne olduğunu ve yıkılmasında bir beis görmediğini ifade etmiştir. Velev ki mehterhâne olsa bile,böyle değerli bir tarihi binanın yıkılmasına gönülleri nasıl el verdi anlamış değilim. Bir arkeolojik heyecan yüzünden saray, 409 yaşında iken yıktırılmıştır.Aynı zihniyetin tezahürünü Beyazıtta bulunan, 2 adet olan Simkeşhâne binasının bir tanesinin yıktırılmasında da görüyoruz. Bizans kalıntılarını bulmak için Fatih devrinden kalma bu iki binadan birini yıkarak, ne derece gaflet içinde olduklarını görmekteyiz. İbrahim Paşa Sarayı’nın yıkılmasında asıl öncülüğü yapan kişi Prof.Dr. Sedat Hakkı Eldem’dir. Tabi bunun yanı sıra yıkım zamanında,utanmadan sıkılmadan orada poz verip fotoğraf çektiren 3 kişi ki bunlar ;

2-)Dönemin Anıtlar ve Müzeler Genel Müdürü olan Rüstem Duyuran .

3-)Eski, Anıtlar ve Müzeler Genel Müdürü olan Aziz Ogan’dır .

Bu ihtişamlı, güzelim sarayın yıkılmasına şiddetle karşı çıkanlardan biri Mimar Sedat Çetintaş’dır. Türk Tarih Kurumu’na ve gazetelere birçok defa yazı yazmasına rağmen,sarayın yıkılmasına engel olamamıştır. Ayrıca dönemin şairi olan Ahmet Hamdi Tanpınarda, sarayın yıkılmaması için uğraşanlardan biridir. İhanet mi , cehalet mi siz karar verin. Ben her ikisini görüyorum. Cehalet olarak görmemin sebebi ; bu mirasa , bu tarihe , bu yapıya sahip çıkmak yerine yıkmalarıdır . Velev ki bu Bizans dönemi eseri dahi olsa yıkmak , korumamak cehaletin en büyük tezahürüdür.İhanet olarak görmemin sebebi ise, o dönemde yeni rejimi oturtmak ve kabullendirmek için eskiyi kötüleme geleneği vardır. Bu bir yere kadar makul görülebilir,fakat tarih eserleri yıkmak, ortadan kaldırmak haddi aşmaktır ve dahi milletin değerlerine ihanettir.Tarih bu ihaneti ve cehaleti asla unutmayacaktır.

Bu konu hakkında çok büyük çalışma yapan ve İbrahim Paşa Sarayı adlı kitabı yazan, Sanat Tarihi hocası Prof.Dr.Nurhan ATASOY’a teşekkürü bir borç bilirim. Tarihi birikime sahip çıkmak, ideolojik saplantılara kurban vermemek, hangi ideolojik fikir içinde olursak olalım bu tür tarihi değerleri zenginlik olarak görmek, ön yargılardan ve gereksiz kavgalardan kurtulmamızı sağlayacaktır.     Because real estate prices have dropped a lot, the potential commissions
    that real estate agents and brokers could earn have also
    dropped. But the drop in commissions could be more than offset by the amount of

    These factors all lead to something – a higher need for real estate agents to assist the buying and selling of all of these properties.
    Therefore , even though prices have dropped, the quantity of available properties, buyers, plus sellers has raised which over
    makes up for the lower prices in terms of how much a given real estate agent could make
    in the current real estate market. And as we all know,
    the more customers a real estate agent has, the more properties they will sell
    and the more money they’ll create.

    The problem comes in when a real estate agent has already gone through their current client checklist.
    The best way for them to get more clients is to somehow obtain more real
    estate prospects. Not only do they need more leads,
    they require high quality leads if they are going to achieve success in converting a high number of all of them into clients who actually follow through on buying and/or selling one or more qualities.

    So how can you get more real estate prospective customers? There are of course many different ways.
    These include purchasing them from an agency that offers all
    of them, advertising, subscribing to lead generation websites,
    developing and keeping current your own real estate property
    website that draws potential

    clients to it, and best of all by getting them through your own network.
    There are undoubtedly other ways of generating real estate prospects as
    well, but these are the most common strategies –
